Returns and Exchanges

Free Return Policy

At Craigsshoestore.com we take special care to ensure that our customers receive quality products at a fair price. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please do the following :

Write to us at customerservice@craigsshoestore.com and include your order number as well as the reason for your return.

A member of our staff will respond to your message and e-mail you a shipping label and Return Authorization (RA) number to use for your return.

Please include your RA number in any subsequent communication regarding your order.

The returned item must be in original packaging and condition including the shoe box itself i.e. no labels, tape, or writing can be attached to the box. The original shoe box may not be used as the shipping container. Once the item is received and inspected by our staff, you will be issued a refund minus the cost of shipping. Please allow 7 business days for refund to process.

Returns will not be accepted more than 90 days after purchase. 
 

Free Exchange Policy

If you need an exchange, please write to us at customerservice@craigsshoestore.com and include your original order number. Please detail all information of the item you would like to exchange for (brand, size, color, style etc).

A member of our staff will respond to your message and send you a shipping label and Merchandise Exchange (ME) number to use for your exchange.

The exchanged item must be in original packaging and condition including the shoe box itself i.e. no labels, tape, or writing can be attached to the box. The original shoe box may not be used as the shipping container. The new item will be processed within 5 days of receipt of the exchanged item at no cost.
